  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

  • Receipt or proof of purchase required

How to Start a Return

Email us at reignandconquerco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with next steps and a return address.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges

Need a different size or replacement? Contact us at reignandconquerco@gmail.com, and we’ll help arrange an exchange if inventory allows.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
